Specialised Transport Ltd began over 25 years ago. It started out as a small sub-contracting transport provider and has now grown into a fleet of over 30 truck and trailer units.

Brent Mansel - Fleet/Despatch Manager, Driver & Driver Trainer

 

Brent has worked within the trucking industry his entire working life. Brent worked as a machine operator and loader driver for Warren Fowler Earthmovers for over 10 years before joining STL in 2009 as a full time truck and trailer operator. 

 

Dean Turner - Operations Manager

In 2007, Dean was offered a the role of Operations Manager at STL. Dean has previous work experience in business management and mechanical qualifications, so the job was a natural fit for him. Dean's mechanical background includes working on all facets of vehicles, including trucks and earthmoving machinery.

In 2011, brothers-in-law, Brent and Dean had the opportunity to purchase STL, and it's fleet of 7 units, and relaunched Specialised Transport (2011) Ltd.
